Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

\nABSTRACT :
\nEarly adulthood is a period o transition so that individu will ace many pressure and demands from the enviroment and from within themselves. Individuals who are unable to face the problems of the existance of these demands wil predicted to experience a quarter life crisis. Quarter life crisis is a situation where a person in response to continuous change is unstable, choices are abundant, and feelings of hopelessness feel helpless. Factors that influence quarter life crisis include self-confidence and emotional intelligence. This study aims to empirically explore the influence of self-confidence and emotional intelligence on final year students who are writing a thesis at Semarang State University. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sample is determined using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 105 final year students who were working on their thesis at Semarang State University. This research measuring instrument uses three scales, namely the self-confidence scale, emotional intelligence scale and quarter life crisis scale. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis.
\nBased on hypothesis testing, in the first hypothesis it is known that the significance value is 0.00 (p <0.05), meaning that partially self-confidence has a significant effect on quarter life crisis in final year students who are working on their thesis. The second hypothesis has a significant value of 0.00 (p <0.05), meaning that partially emotional intelligence has a significant effect on quarter life crisis in final year students who are working on their thesis. And the third hypothesis obtained a value of 0.00 (p <0.05), meaning that the two variables simultaneously affect the quarter life crisis in final year students who are working on their thesis with an influence of 57.7%.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
