Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang “Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Upacara Reba Dalam Pembangunan Desa Di Desa Tiworiwu, Kecamatan Jerebu’u, Kabupaten Ngada” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam upacara reba dalam pembangunan desa di desa Tiworiwu, Kecamatan Jerebu’u, Kabupaten Ngada. Menggunakan indikator partisipasi masyarakat menurut marschall 2006 dimana terdapat tiga indikator partispasi Serta Tiga Indikator Pebangunan Desa yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian depkriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan partisipasi masyarakat desa dalam upacara reba dalam pembangunan desa cukup baik dan optimal. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil penelitian melalui indikator partisipasi dan indikator pembangunan yang partisipatif bahwa masyarakat desa sudah berpartisipasi aktif dalam upacara reba dalam pembangunan desa walaupun ada sebagian kecil masyarakat yang berpartisipasi masih mengharapkan imbalan,itu tidak menjadi hambatan untuk masyarakat berpartisipasi. Dengan Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat sebagai berikut:Partisipasi Buah Pikiran ( Ide dan Gagasan), Partisipasi Tenaga, Partisipasi Harta Benda, Partisipasi Keterampilan.Maka dari itu saran peneliti kepada masyarakat Di harapkan kepada semua masyarakat Tiworiwu agar harus tetap mempertahankan budaya adat ngada yaitu upacara reba dengan sebaik-baiknya, Masyarakat Tiworiwu diharapkan agar tetap konsisten berpartisipasi aktif dalam upacara reba dalam pembangunan desa seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya, Sebaiknya masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dengan mengharapkan imbalan harus di beri efek jera
