La investigación tuvo como objetivo Implementar, talleres de método de estudio de caso para mejorar la empatía en estudiantes universitarios de una universidad privada de Lima 2021, con una muestra de 40 alumnos divididos en dos grupos GC y GE, el diseño de la investigación es cuantitativo, cuasi experimental de tipo transversal. Se utilizó el cuestionario de Empatía de Toronto, adaptado por Carranza y Huamani (2020) dividida por dos dimensiones resonancia y distancia empática; conformado por 16 ítems con escala de tipo Likert. Los resultados evidenciaron que en un primer momento con el pretest el GC y elGE demuestran niveles bajo 50%, medio 0% y alto 0%, en un segundo momento después de la aplicación del postest, el GC muestra su desarrollo en el nivel medio con un puntaje de 65% seguidamente del nivel Bajo en un 35% y 0% en nivel alto, por otro lado en el GE se evidencia que incremento en el nivel medio ya que obtiene un 85% en el nivel bajo un 10% y en el nivel alto un 5% , evidenciando que luego de la aplicación del taller Pensando en Ti los niveles de empatía del estudiante se incrementaron y mejoraron.
