Une prise en charge interprofessionnelle incluant des pharmaciens, des infirmières et des médecins permet-elle d’améliorer le contrôle de l’hypertension auprès de patients hypertendus non contrôlés et suivis en milieu ambulatoire ? C’est ce que suggère l’étude « A Team-Based Care for Hypertension Management » conduite par le Professeur Valérie Santschi, de la Haute Ecole de la Santé La Source, en collaboration avec ses collègues du CHUV, de l’Université McGill et de l’Université du Québec, au Canada, mais aussi de Cité générations et de l’Université de Fribourg.
