Abstract
Trois rapports découlent du volet portant sur la prestation des services de proximité aux populations rurales. Comme son titre l’indique, le présent rapport propose une synthèse portant sur les connaissances et les enseignements des initiatives novatrices, la description de ces dernières\nayant fait l’objet du deuxième essai. Rappelons que ce dernier examinait également les conditions de transférabilité de ces diverses expériences au contexte québécois. Ces recherches permettront d’identifier des pistes d’actions quant à des modulations possibles tant d’un point de vue territorial que de celui des populations à desservir. Elles pourront également servir d’outils en ce qui a trait à l’élaboration de politiques et/ou de programmes gouvernementaux.
