Jernbaneverket (JBV) har i en rekke sammenhenger vektlagt at\ndepartementet har pålagt JBV å ikke øke de totale kostnadsrammene for utbyggingen av ICtriangelet,\nog at utbyggingen blir dyrere enn antatt et sted, må kostandene kuttes et annet sted.\nHva legger statsråden i dette pålegget, er det rom for økte kostander i IC-utbyggingen og\nlikevel utbygging til Lillehammer i forhold til tidsplanen, og skal Ringeriksbanen også inngå i\nde totale kostnadsrammene eller tas utenfor IC-budsjettet?
