Abstract
This Informational Report is intended to assist readers in understanding the Space Link Extension Service Management (SCCS-SM) Recommended Standard.The SCCS-SM operations concept described is the baseline concept for managing ground data communication within missions that are cross-supported between Agencies of the CCSDS.
