Abstract
At the Annual Meeting of the American Society of Civil Engi- neers, held at New York, on the 18th ultimo, resolutions were passed directing that a general invitation be extended to all persons and associations specially interested in the subject of Standard Time, to co-operate with the Society in an effort to effect a satisfactory and speedy settlement of this important public question.
