Speed River Arches; Heffernan Street Footbridge, Guelph ON Canada
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Views of Guelph’s historic 1914 Heffernan Street Footbridge amid its scenic Speed river setting. This double arch bridge spans a railway track and the Speed River, providing a downtown pedestrian link between Woolwich and Arthur Streets in Guelph, Ontario, Canada . The current concrete structure, built in 1914 and extensively reconstructed in 1991, replaced an earlier iron girder bridge built circa 1881. The 150 metre (490 foot) structure, including long concrete slab ramps on both ends, is highest over the former railway track (now part of the pedestrian Downtown Trail), resulting in a distinctive downward slope over the Speed River toward Heffernan Street . Adjacent to other wellington County heritage sites including St. George’s Anglican Church (1873) and the River Run Centre (1997) , its Woolwich Street ramp faces the castellated Wellington County Courthouse (1844) . It is midway between vehicular bridges on Eramosa Road and Macdonell Street.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
