Abstract
It analyzes euthanasic conduct in the light of criminal law. The objective, subject to maximum circumspection, is conceptual precision of the terms in which any degree of dissonance between the literary references on the subject is observed. The methodology used for the present investigation was based on the literature review with the use of keywords for insertion in databases of relevance and consequent extraction of interdisciplinary securities. It seeks concomitantly, confluence with the technical rigor of medical and legal sciences when necessary. Euthanasia is a modern phenomenon recognized in several countries of the world as Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Canada, Colombia and some Us States, the most permissive being the Belgian model. Bioethical and legal factors are necessary for the analysis of this phenomenon in each country.
