El desarrollo urbano que experimenta actualmente la ciudad de Córdoba nos ha legado un sector de la expansión occidental de Qurtuba: el arrabal al norte de la carretera de Trassierra, constituido por un sector artesanal dedicado a la alfarería y un sector residencial nacido en torno al camino hacia la Arruzafa.----------------------------------------------------------------------The urban development currently experimented by the city of Córdoba has shown a part of the occidental expansion of the Islamic City: The quarter of Trassierra Road. Two different sectors, one for craftsmanship and one residencial have been identified arround ar-Rusafa way.
