Abstract
Cet essai a pour objectif d’analyser la faisabilité d’un programme de sensibilisation à base volontaire en s’appuyant sur les principes et techniques du marketing sociocommunautaire et de proposer le programme Éco-citoyens ici développé pour contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de la politique environnementale de la Ville de Gatineau. Le programme vise l’implication des citoyens de cette Ville qui s’appliquent déjà à minimiser leur empreinte environnementale à la maison en préconisant des gestes au quotidien. La faisabilité de ce projet est basée sur l’identification de la situation à améliorer et sur la détermination de bons outils de changement pour y arriver. L’analyse se termine avec un plan de mise en oeuvre accompagné des recommandations qui permettront à la Ville de Gatineau de l’implanter sur son territoire afin d’augmenter ses chances d’atteindre les objectifs de sa politique environnementale.
