Balanced Scorecard is one of the most popular performance measurement systems.This system is successfully used by managers in both private and public sectors.The article explains the rules of Balanced Scorecard adaptation to the public sector organizations.There is also presented the application of Balanced Scorecard in Canadian Tourism Commission.
