Abstract
Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli automaattisen paineensäätölaitteiston ohjeiden kääntäminen suomeksi käyttäjälle hyödylliseen muotoon sekä konekohtaisen ohjeen laatiminen Komatsu PC8000 päävaroventtiileiden säätöön laitteistoa hyödyntäen. Opinnäytetyön toimeksiantajana toimi Suomen Rakennuskone Oy ja siinä keskityttiin ohjeiden tekemiseen, sillä kyseinen laitteisto on vasta kehitetty uusi tuote, jonka käytöstä on kertynyt vasta vähän kokemusta. Tietoperustana käytettiin laitteistolle saatua englanninkielistä ohjekirjaa, koneen huolto- ja korjauskäsikirjaa sekä aiemmin laadittuja säätötyöohjeita. Aiemmin vastaavista tehtävistä kertynyt työkokemus auttoi ohjeistuksien teossa. Opinnäytetyössä tuloksena syntyi suomenkielinen ohjeistus, jossa keskitytään tuomaan laitteen käyttäjän kannalta tärkeimmät työ- ja turvallisuusohjeet esille, sekä konekohtainen ohjeistus päävaroventtiileiden säätötyölle. Lopulliseksi tulokseksi opinnäytetyöstä valmistui kaksi erityyppistä ohjeistusta laitteen käyttöön. Ohjeet tullaan jakamaan Suomen Rakennuskone Oy:n asentajien käytettäväksi, sekä Boliden Kevitsan kaivoskonekorjaamon henkilökunnalle. Bolidenin kaivoskonekorjaamo on hankkinut kyseisen laitteiston koneiden säätämistä varten Suomen Rakennuskone Oy:ltä.
