Abstract
Cette opération de diagnostic en milieu urbain, prévue sur une journée s’est déroulée au no 24 de la rue Schœlcher, dans un quartier du centre-ville de Basse-Terre où la trame urbaine, très dense, est rarement concernée par de nouvelles constructions. Du fait de cette stabilité, les informations archéologiques issues de projets immobiliers étaient jusqu’à présent inexistantes. Le projet d’aménagement de locaux commerciaux et de bureaux touchant cette parcelle a permis de pallier cette lacune...
