El pasos de l'rea mediterrnia tenen a l'abast aliments suficientment diversifi cats per practicar una alimentaci sense carncies i equilibrada.Dissortadament, la manca d'ensenyament i d'informaci d'aquests temes a la poblaci del nostre pas comporta que a la prctica aix no es compleixi.Per arreu dels Pasos Catalans es mant el costum de menjar freqentment alguns dels plats de la cuina tradicional, senzilla, casolana, que resulta molt atractiva, variada i nutritiva.Si hom es pregunta quins sn els seus efectes diettics, podem dir que, en alguns casos, com l'escalivada, sn excel .lents: permeten tenir el cos ben alimentat i fer una dieta equilibrada.En altres, la cosa es complica per l'excs de greixos especialment.L'objectiu d'aquest treball s doble: d'una part, el millor coneixement
