Abstract
Bu makalede Türkiye’de iş hayatına yönelik yüksek öğretim alanının, \nAmerikan etkisi altına girdiği 1950’li yılların ortalarından itibaren yaklaşık 20 \nyıllık sürede, ileri sürülen amaçlar, uygulanan programlar ve verilen dersler \naçısından geçirdiği değişim anlatılmaktadır. Akabinde de, sunulan tarihsel \nincelemenin gösterdikleri örgüt yazınındaki kurumsalcı yaklaşım açısından ele \nalınmaktadır. Böylelikle, doğrudan müdahale ve örnek alma yoluyla dışarıdan \ngelen etkilerin, örgütsel alanlar üzerindeki, ithal modellerin nüfuz etme şekli, \nçeşitlenme ve benzeşme ve örgütlerarası etkileşim itibariyle yol açtıkları üzerinde \ndurulmakta ve bu incelemenin halihazır yazına ilave olarak gösterdiklerine işaret \nedilmektedir.
