Розділ монографії присвячений розгляду проблеми гумору і шляхів його перекладу в тексті. Серед мовленнєвих функцій особливе місце займає лінгвокреативна функція, яка обумовлена мисленням. При вербальному засобі вираження гумористічного ефекту залучається адаптивна сила мови.
