Determinar la calidad de atención del tecnólogo médico de radiodiagnóstico según usuarios externos del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins durante el año 2016. Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal, que tiene como muestra a 371 usuarios externos de la sala de rayos X (n=225) y mamografía (n=146). Del resultado de esta investigación se desprende que la mayoría de los usuarios externos tiene de 60 años a más (40.2%), es de sexo femenino (79.2%), estado civil casado (48%) y grado de instrucción superior completa (54.4%). El 60.4% de los usuarios externos se atienden en la sala de rayos X simple y el 39.4% en la sala de mamografía. A nivel global, la calidad de atención del tecnólogo médico de radiodiagnóstico según los usuarios externos es Media en un 99.7% y Alta en un 0.3%. En la dimensión interpersonal, la calidad de atención del tecnólogo médico es Alta en un 56.1% y Media en un 43.9%. En la dimensión técnico-científica, la calidad de atención del tecnólogo médico es Media en un 68.5% y Alta en un 20.5%. En la dimensión entorno, la calidad de atención del tecnólogo médico es Alta en un 73% y Media en un 27%.
