Demographic, epidemiological and socioeconomic changes, who suffered adult population ecuadorian mayor, have modified their lifestyles, on practices, customs and knowledge about healthy lo and behold not healthy. \nIn this sense the prevalence of chronic degenerative diseases as diabetes mellitus type II factor act as a broker vulnerability organ sets - functional , which brings complications that increase the business risk in this susceptible population Mortality one Constants homeostatic changes . \nSo the present cross-sectional study is a descriptive research , qualitative - quantitative describe lifestyle associated with diabetes mellitus type II in 80 older adults attending Medical Center PUMEDSA Portoviejo city , province Manabí during the last quarter of 2014 and primer quarter 2015 . \nData obtained from Medical records, questionnaires, interviews and group were admitted the focal base data created in EPI INFO V.3.5 with arabic encoding for each participant, by graphs and charts Excel 2010 Microsoft Office Program. \nThen describe the Lifestyle of the elderly, which is found these unhealthy percentage were bathroom one, here research results are socialized, promote healthy lifestyles.
