-- ABSTRACT : Since the reform of the school system, initiated at the turn of the 2000s, which promotes the integration of students in difficulty into ordinary classes, schools are facing ever-increasing challenges given the diversity of student’s needs. In this regard, the Quebec school vision and the organization of educational services support a diversification of school trajectories to answer educational needs and favorizing school success for all students. To reach the objective, the Education Ministry suggests delivering an adapted and inclusive teaching by adjusting practices (Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec, 1999, 2001). It then appears relevant to know the different practices of teaching people in the matter of instructional innovation, since few research offer that. This descriptive quantitative study has for objective to describe innovative pedagogical practices of ordinary elementary school teaching personal in integration context. To achieve this study, semi-directed interviews and an online questionnaire were chosen as tools to collect data. The interviews allowed us to improve our understanding of the implantation of the innovative pedagogical practices and the establishment of underlying theoretical elements to build up the questionnaire. The latter allowed teaching persons to reflect on the innovative pedagogical practices in place in their classrooms. In total, 43 respondent persons, all legally qualified to teach in Quebec and working in a classroom at the time of the data gathering, responded to the survey. As for the results, we obtained a better portrayal of the innovative pedagogical practices put in place by the teaching personal and a better understanding of their reach. A such study brings scientific and social repercussions related to the fact that it could eventually offer training education to the teaching personal. This could contribute to their professional abilities and assure an inclusive education for all students. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : pedagogical practices, instructional innovation, learning motivation, elementary school, integration context students, teaching methods, education.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
