Abstract
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado realizado en la titulación de Logopedia de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Valladolid, presenta una comparación de las escalas de severidad de la disfagia, mediante una revisión bibliográfica. \nObjetivos: Explicar qué es una escala de severidad y las principales alternativas, demostrar su importancia y reflexionar sobre cuál es más adecuada en Logopedia. \nMetodología: Se han seleccionado 28 documentos según los criterios del Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (CEBM), y se ha utilizado la normativa Vancouver. \nMarco teórico: La disfagia es la dificultad en el transporte de secreciones endógenas o alimentos hacia el tracto digestivo superior.8 Su evaluación completa incluye: screening, evaluación clínica, instrumental y clasificación mediante escalas de severidad.
