Abstract
Master of Public Administration in Public Sector Management and LeadershipIn the global business environment, multinational corporations (MNCs) operate under different labor laws.These regulations govern the industrial relations (IR) systems within MNCs.This research seeks to explore the impact of IR policies on commitment among employees working in MNCs in the US and Canada based on the moderating effects of dispute resolution.The paper also examines whether the policies are relevant in determining unilateral and dual commitment.The study employs qualitative interviews to facilitate the collection of vibrant and in-depth data from the participants.The investigation targets a sample of thirty managers from MNCs operating in the two countries.
