Abstract
La ciudad de Xalapa, Ver. ha crecido considerablemente en los ultimos aiios, el aumento de la poblacion trae consigo problemas de inseguridad y vialidad, siendo estos dos de los principales detonantes de la demanda del servicio a domicilio. Cabe destacar que uno de los segmentos de mayor crecimiento es el de los adultos jovenes que realizan actividades escolares o que principian su vida laboral y por lo tanto participan en una activa vida social, que los ubica en la necesidad de solicitar el servicio a domicilio, lo cual me llevo a la idea de realizar un estudio de factibilidad para una licoreria con estas caracteristicas.
