Abstract
Dr. Shanthi Johnson recently received the Female Professional of the Year Award from the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC). Johnson is a professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies and the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies. The award was presented at the annual ICCC gala and awards night on June 14 in Toronto which recognizes Indo-Canadians for their professional achievements and contributions to strengthening relations between Canada and India.
