Abstract
Ce dossier thématique traite des travaux de recherches et des expérimentations réalisées dans les domaines du handicap, de la dépendance, de la perte d'autonomie, de l'évolution et la mise en oeuvre des politiques publiques, de la relation d'aide et les innovations technologiques et sociales. Les articles sont regroupés en deux catégories : les fondements des droits et les catégories d'actions publiques d'une part et les interventions en acte d'autre part. Le dossier est complété par un cadrage statistique et la présentation de trois modèles internationaux (Suisse, Allemagne et Québec).
