Abstract
INDONESIA: \n\t \n \nQuarter life crisis merupakan krisis emosional yang menyebabkan masalah psikososial yang terjadi pada fase dewasa awal yang berkaitan dengan kekhawatiran individu dalam menentukan karier serta rancangan kehidupan yang akan ditempuh di masa yang akan datang. Pada fase quarter life crisis tersebut individu akan mengalami beberapa perasaan negatif, serta tekanan mulai dari tekanan terhadap diri sendiri hingga tekanan akan tanggung jawab terhadap kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kondisi ini akan terasa sangat sulit, sehingga diperlukan solusi agar individu mampu menghadapi krisis dengan baik. Hardiness menurut peneliti menjadi salah satu solusi dalam berperan sebagai kontrol diri dan perubahan yang terjadi di masa quarter life crisis tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hardiness dalam menghadapi quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. \nPenelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 98 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Adapun variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah hardiness dan variabel terikat yaitu quarter life crisis. \nAnalisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat quarter life crisis paling dominan sebesar 81 % pada kategori sedang. Pada tingkat hardiness sebesar 70,4% pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan, terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara hardiness terhadap quarter life crisis dimana nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel. \n \n \nENGLISH: \n \n \nQuarter life crisis is an emotional crisis that causes psychosocial problems that occur in the early adult phase related to individual concerns in determining careers and life plans that will be pursued in the future. In the quarter-life crisis phase, individuals will experience several negative feelings, as well as pressures ranging from pressure on themselves to pressure on responsibility for community life. This condition will feel very difficult, so solutions are needed so that individuals are able to face the crisis well. Hardiness according to researchers is one solution in acting as self-control and changes that occur during the quarter life crisis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hardiness in facing a quarter life crisis on final year students of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang. \nThis research was conducted using quantitative research methods conducted on final year students of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang with a total of 98 students. Sampling using cluster sampling technique. The independent variables in this study are hardiness and the dependent variable is quarter life crisis. \nThe data analysis used in this study was a simple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the quarter life crisis rate was most dominant at 81% in the moderate category. At a hardiness level of 70.4% in the medium category. The results of a simple linear regression test found that overall, there was a significant negative influence between hardiness on quarter life crisis where the significance value was smaller than 0.05 and the calculated t value was greater than the table t value. \n \nARABIC: \n \nأزمة ربع العمر هي أزمة عاطفية تسبب مشاكل نفسية اجتماعية تحدث في مرحلة البلوغ المبكرة تتعلق بالاهتمامات الفردية في تحديد المهن وخطط الحياة التي سيتم متابعتها في المستقبل. في مرحلة أزمة ربع العمر ، سيواجه الأفراد العديد من المشاعر السلبية ، بالإضافة إلى ضغوط تتراوح من الضغط على أنفسهم إلى الضغط على المسؤولية عن الحياة المجتمعية. ستشعر هذه الحالة بصعوبة بالغة ، لذلك هناك حاجة إلى حلول حتى يتمكن الأفراد من مواجهة الأزمة بشكل جيد. الصلابة وفقا للباحثين هي أحد الحلول في العمل كضبط للنفس والتغيرات التي تحدث خلال أزمة ربع الحياة. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير الصلابة في مواجهة أزمة ربع العمر على طلاب السنة النهائية بجامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج. \nتم إجراء هذا البحث باستخدام أساليب البحث الكمي التي أجريت على طلاب السنة النهائية في جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج بإجمالي 98 طالبا. أخذ العينات باستخدام تقنية أخذ العينات العنقودية. المتغيرات المستقلة في هذه الدراسة هي الصلابة والمتغير التابع هو أزمة العمر الربعي. \nكان تحليل البيانات المستخدم في هذه الدراسة عبارة عن انحدار خطي بسيط. أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن معدل أزمة العمر الربعي كان الأكثر هيمنة بنسبة 81٪ في الفئة المعتدلة. عند مستوى صلابة 70.4٪ في الفئة المتوسطة. وجدت نتائج اختبار الانحدار الخطي البسيط أنه بشكل عام ، كان هناك تأثير سلبي معنوي بين الصلابة في أزمة العمر الربعي حيث كانت قيمة الدلالة أصغر من 0.05 وكانت قيمة t المحسوبة أكبر من قيمة الجدول t. \nكاتا كونشي: أزمة ربع الحياة ، الصلابة
