Abstract
Es una oportunidad de negocio que involucra el diseño en un producto típico de nuestra región, como es el chontaduro. Creando un producto alterno que tenga como principal ingrediente al contaduro: un snack para reuniones, para llevar, consumir y disfrutar de manera individual, con ul alto grado de diseño, lo que lo diferencia de los pasabocas comunes, que promueva al chontaduro como la fruta alimenticia, rica en proteínas y marca registrada del Valle.
