Abstract
Con este artículo se intenta dar una información académica que conceda ciertos lineamientos generales a quienes se interesen por profundizar en el estudio de la Constitución de Canadá. Se desarrollará brevemente la noción de la Constitución de Canadá, el análisis del principio de federalismo y la introducción al estudio de la Carta de Derechos y Libertades de la Constitución de Canadá. Abstract The purpose of this article is to offer qualified information about Canada’s Constitutional Law. Special attention is given to the Constitution and the analysis of the principles that support federalism. I also discuss the study of the Rights and Liberties protected by the Canadian Constitution.
