Abstract
Aquest article té per objectiu analitzar de quina manera la ficció televisiva valenciana, en especial la sèrie L'Alqueria Blanca, un dels grans fen mens de la televisió pública autonòmica dels darrers anys, ha participat en la consolidació d'una identitat valenciana regionalista que, des de la Transició democràtica, sobretot arran de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de 1982, ha estat acceptada per una majoria social com la identitat col'lectiva preferent. Podem dir, per tant, que s'ha «naturalitzat». En aqueix sentit, aprofundirem en com la sèrie elabora un discurs memorístic sobre el passat que entronca amb el relat sobre la identitat valenciana sorgit en el segle xix i el reformula en el present, reforçant projectes polítics i ideològics concrets.
