In soli sette mesi le Sezioni Unite intervengono due volte sull'indicazione della giurisdizione del giudice del foro di domicilio degli acquirenti di biglietto aereo on line, risultato raggiunto con diverse argomentazioni.\nLa Convenzione di Montreal risulta applicabile non solo in caso di inadempimento parziale (ritardo nel volo), ma anche in caso di inadempimento totale (cancellazione del volo) grazie all'interpretazione letterale del testo normativo di riferimento e alla sua ratio.
