Abstract
La campagne menée du 10 au 14 juin 1996 fait suite à celle de juin 1995 qui avait dû être interrompue pour des raisons étrangères à l’archéologie. Implantée à proximité immédiate d’un cardo secondaire, la fouille avait permis de mettre au jour sur 200 m2 les vestiges d’un habitat créé ex nihilo à la période augustéenne.Cette campagne consistait à poursuivre la fouille d’une cave dont l’intérêt principal est qu’elle semblait être la structure la plus tardive du site.
