Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním bankovních služeb v České republice s bankovními službami ve Velké Británii. Zabývá se analýzou těchto služeb zejména z marketingového hlediska a výsledkem jsou doporučení na zkvalitnění služeb v České republice pro privátní klientelu. Cílem práce je najít a analyzovat rozdíly mezi českými a britskými bankovními službami pro privátní klientelu a navrhnout doporučení pro banky i jejich klienty, která by vedla ke zvýšení spokojenost zákazníků.
