Diplomová práce se zabýva projektovou dokumentací novostavby polyfunkčního domu v řadové zástavbě na úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Obytná část je určena pro bydlení osmi osob. Část s obchody a s kancelářemi je navržen pro sedmdesát tři osob. Objekt bude situován ve Zlínském kraji, okres Uherské Hradiště, ve městě Uherský Brod. Katastrální území je Uherský Brod - město. Stavba má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a je nepodsklepená. Stavba je navržena jako zděná konstrukce se sloupy a průvlaky. Svislé konstrukce nadzemní části jsou z tvárnic Porotherm a sloupy a průvlaky jsou ze železobetonu C16/20 a výztuže B500B. Půdorys polyfunkčního domu v řadové zástavbě je obdelníkového tvaru s rozměry 25,2 x 16,3 m. Hlavní vstup do objektu je situován na jižní straně. Část s obchody což je první nadzemní podlaží má celkem čtyři prodejny. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou čtyři kanceláře. Celý objekt je zastřešen pomocí třech rozdílných střešních konstrukcí. Nad obytnou částí je sedlová střecha nad části kde je technická místnost a schodiště je plochá kompaktní střecha a nad zbytkem objektu je vegetační střecha s terasou.
