Abstract
As one of the two activities in which first quarter freshman women may participate, the YWCA fulfills an important need. Through the Freshman "Y" program new students make valuable acquaintances and learn to fit into campus life. During fall quarter the group is guided by a sophomore cabinet which shows new members how to carry on the traditions of the group and helps them make the adjustments with which they are confronted.
