La gira europea y latinoamericana del Presidente Santos recién electo (primera\nsemana de agosto), sus primeros actos de gobierno y de relaciones con Venezuela\n(segunda semana de agosto), su participación en la reunión de Unasur (Montevideo 1º\nde septiembre ), su discurso en la reciente Asamblea de la ONU (New York 24 de\nseptiembre) y reciente participación en Unasur cuando la crisis ecuatoriana, confirman que su gobierno está renovando el discurso, los énfasis y el estilo de la política exterior. Cambios sobre los que viene intercambiando ideas y alternativas con reconocidos asesores internacionales como los ex primeros ministros Tony Blair, Margaret Thatcher (británicos) y Felipe González (español).
