Abstract
INDONESIA: \n \nMasa emerging adulhood identik dengan krisis emosional atau quarter life crisis dimana seseorang khawatir dan bimbang dengan masa depannya. Masalah ini juga ditemukan pada mahasiswa angkatan 2017 UIN Maliki Malang. Dalam menghadapi QLC diperlukan strategi untuk mengatasinya salah satunya dengan self compassion. Berdasarkan hasil literatur diketahui seseorang yang memiliki rasa welas asih terhadap dirinya dapat menghadapi situasi krisis dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh self compassion terhadap quarter life crisis mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan 2017. \n \nPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan 2017 yang berjumlah 3.018 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan systematic random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Self compassion scale 24 item dan quarter life crisis scale 26 item. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana mengunakan software IBM SPSS 23. \n \nHasil penelitian didapatkan tingkat self compassion mahasiswa terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 86,6% sedangkan tingkat quarter life crisis mahasiswa mayoritas berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 81.6%. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara self compassion terhadap quarter life crisis mahasiswa (R square 0.296, p<0.05, koef. -0.777). Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi tingkat self compassion seseorang maka tingkat quarter life crisis akan semakin rendah. \n \nENGLISH: \n \nEmerging adulthood phase are identic to emotional crisis or quarter life crisis where someone worried about their future. This problem also occurred on Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Islamic State University 2017 class Students’. Strategies & methods are required to face QLC, one of those strategies are Self Compassion. According to literature, someone who have compassion to their self could face crisis with ease. The purpose of this research to know influence of self compassion towards Quarter Life Crisis in calss of 2017 student at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang. \n \nThis research used quantitative method. Population of this study are 3.018 Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Islamic State University 2017 class Students. sampling technique that used are purposive sampling. Measuring instruments used are Self compassion scale 24 items and quarter life crisis scale 26 items. Simple linear regression are used in this research that executed on IBM SPSS 23. \n \nStudy results show most of students’ self compassion level are on mid category with 86,6% while most of students’ quarter life crisis level also show on miid category with 81,6% . regression test results show significant negative influence on students’ self compassion to students’ quarter life crisis (R square 0.296, p<0.05, koef. -0.777). This point out that the higher self compassion level , the lower quarter life crisis. \n \nARABIC: \n \nإن مرحلة البلوغ الناشئة هي مرادف للأزمة العاطفية أو أزمة الحياة الربعية حيث يكون الشخص قلقًا وغير حاسم بشأن مستقبله. تم العثور على هذه المشكلة أيضًا في طلاب جامعة الدولة الإسلامية مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج عام ٢٠١٧. في التعامل مع أزمة الحياة الربعية ، هناك حاجة إلى استراتيجية للتغلب عليها ، واحدة منها هي التعاطف مع الذات. بناءً على نتائج الأدبيات ، من المعروف أن الشخص الذي يتعاطف مع نفسه يمكنه التعامل مع مواقف الأزمات بشكل جيد. كان الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد تأثير التعاطف الذاتي على أزمة الحياة الربعية لطلاب جامعة الدولة الإسلامية مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج دفعة عام ٢٠١٧. \n \nيستخدم هذا البحث طرق البحث الكمي. كان مجتمع هذه الدراسة من طلاب جامعة الدولة الإسلامية مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج دفعة عام ٢٠١٧ والبالغ عددهم ٣٠١٨ طالبًا. تقنية أخذ العينات باستخدام أخذ العينات الهادف. أداة القياس المستخدمة هي مقياس التعاطف مع الذات من ٢٤ عنصرًا ومقياس .أزمة ربع العمر المكون من ٢٦ عنصرًا. كان تحليل البيانات المستخدم عبارة عن انحدار خطي بسيط باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي ٢٣ \n \nوأظهرت النتائج أن أعلى مستوى من التعاطف الذاتي لدى الطلاب كان في الفئة المتوسطة بنسبة ٨٦.٦٪ بينما كانت غالبية مستويات أزمة ربع العمر لدى الطلاب في الفئة المتوسطة بقدر ٨١.٦٪. أظهرت نتائج اختبار الانحدار وجود تأثير سلبي معنوي بين التعاطف الذاتي على أزمة الحياة الربعية للطلاب (مع حجم مجموعة المتغيرات المستقلة معًا التي تؤثر على قيمة المتغير التابع البالغ ٠.٢٩٦ ، وقيمة الاحتمال <٠.٠٥ ، المعامل -٠.٧٧٧). وهذا يدل على أنه كلما ارتفع مستوى التعاطف مع الذات ، انخفض مستوى أزمة الحياة في ربع السنة
