Abstract
Proyecto que se integra dentro de un conjunto de viviendas entre medianeras, de protección oficial y que busca ajustarse de forma innovadora a los condicionantes legales que marcan el desarrollo de esta tipología de edificios. En este caso se caracteriza por una fachada cambiante, que representa el mundo exterior, y tres patios verticales, insertos en el interior del edificio, y que proporcionan una luz suave y matizada a la serie de viviendas. Las ocho casas y tres patios se han proyectado de acuerdo a criterios de tecnología medioambiental y sostenibilidad.
