Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan \nterhadap loyalitas destinasi melalui mediasi kesan destinasi pada destinasi wisata \nWakatobi. Objek yang diambil adalah destinasi wisata Wakatobi. Pengolahan data \npenelitian dilakukan dengan Software IBM SPSS Statistics 20 serta AMOS 20. Teknik \npengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. \nJumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah sejumlah 150 responden. Responden yang \ndigunakan dalam penelitian adalah responden dengan karakteristik populasi pria atau \nwanita, pernah mengunjungi destinasi wisata Wakatobi dalam 2 tahun terakhir, memiliki \npendidikan terakhir minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat. Data penelitian diperoleh dari \npenyebaran kuesioner secara offline. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas \nLayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kesan Destinasi. Kesan Destinasi \nmemiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Destinasi. Kesan Destinasi memediasi \nsecara signifikan pengaruh assurance, responsiveness, reliability, tangible facilities dan \nempathy terhadap Loyalitas Destinasi pada destinasi wisata Wakatobi.
