\nPelaksanaan knowledge sharing memiliki peranan dalam mengelola pengetahuan yang terdapat di perpustakaan. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, kegiatan knowledge sharing secara tidak langsung telah diterapkan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Bojonegoro dilakukan dalam bentuk formal dan informal, karena menyadari bahwa knowledge sharing ini sebagai aset yang berharga untuk dapat diterapkan pada pegawai di sana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Bojonegoro berjumlah 36 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah grand mean, analisis korelasi serta uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,610. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya knowledge sharing mempunyai hubungan atau berkorelasi kuat terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana memiliki keputusan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh variabel knowledge sharing terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 37,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

\nThe implementation of knowledge sharing has a role in managing the knowledge contained in the library. As an effort to improve employee performance, knowledge sharing activities have been indirectly implemented at the Bojonegoro Regency Library and Archives Service in formal and informal forms, because they realize that this knowledge sharing is a valuable asset to be applied to employees there. This study aims to determine the influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance at the Bojonegoro Regency Library and Archives Office. This study uses a quantitative method, the data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires to the sample used are all employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Library and Archives Service totaling 36 employees. The data analysis techniques used are grand mean, correlation analysis and simple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS software. Based on the correlation analysis, a correlation coefficient value of 0.610 was obtained. This shows that knowledge sharing has a strong relationship or correlation with performance. Meanwhile, based on a simple linear regression analysis, it was determined that there was an influence of the knowledge sharing variable on the performance variable by 37.2%, while the remaining 62.8% was influenced by other factors that were not explained in this study.

\nتقوم ممارسة مشاركة المعرفة بدور في إدارة المعرفة المتواجدة في المكتبات. كجهد لتعزيز أداء الموظفين، تم تطبيق مشاركة المعرفة غير المباشرة في دائرة المكتبات والأرشيف في مقاطعة بوجونيغورو على شكل رسمي وغير رسمي، لأنه يدرك أن مشاركة المعرفة تُعدّ أصولًا قيّمة يمكن تطبيقها على الموظفين هناك. يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة تأثير مشاركة المعرفة على أداء الموظفين في دائرة المكتبات والأرشيف في مقاطعة بوجونيغورو. استخدم البحث هذا المنهج الكمي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال توزيع استبيان على عينة تتألف من كافة موظفي دائرة المكتبات والأرشيف في مقاطعة بوجونيغورو، بإجمالي ٣٦ موظفًا. تم استخدام تحليل الوسط الكبير (Grand Mean) وتحليل الارتباطات واختبار الانحدار الخطي البسيط باستخدام برنامج SPSS في تحليل البيانات. بناءً على تحليل الارتباط، تم الحصول على قيمة معامل الارتباط بمقدار ٠.٦١٠. هذا يدل على أن مشاركة المعرفة لها علاقة قوية أو ترتبط بشكل كبير بأداء الموظفين. بينما بناءً على تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط، توصل البحث إلى أن هناك تأثيرًا لمشاركة المعرفة على أداء الموظفين بنسبة ٣٧.٢٪، بينما تؤثر العوامل الأخرى التي لم تُفسر في هذا البحث بنسبة ٦٢.٨٪ من الأداء.
