Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan Pengaruh Sosial Ekonomi, Sosial Budaya dan Kesehatan Masyarakat di Lingkungan Tambang terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Program CSR PT Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera Kecamatan Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Sumatera Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebesar 200 pegawai sesuai dengan persyaratan SEM. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) untuk menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Model analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS dengan komposisi sub-struktur: Sosial Ekonomi, (XI), Sosial Budaya (X2) dan Kesehatan S1 Masyarakat (X3) sebagai variabel eksogen serta Kinerja Pegawai (Y) sebagai variabel endogen Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut : (1) Secara parsial Sosial ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai CSR PT. Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera Kecamatan Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Sumatera Selatan , (2) Secara parsial Sosial budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai CSR PT. Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera Kecamatan Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Sumatera Selatan, (3) Secara parsial/ kesehatan masyarakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai (4)Secara simultan Sosial ekonomi, sosial budaya dan kesehatan masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja namun secara parsial hanya kesehatan masyarakat yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai CSR PT. Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera Kecamatan Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai program CSR PT. Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera Kecamatan Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Sumatera Selatan maka perlu lebih meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat.
