Abstract
RESUMO O processo de estágio foi realizado no projeto Dragon Force- Futebol Clube do Porto, estando a cargo da estagiária todas as equipas da instituição, em especial e com acompanhamento total, a equipa de Sub-13 B, onde existiam atletas com idades entre os 11 e os 13 anos. Durante todo o processo foram desenvolvidas intervenções grupais e individuais sempre com foco no desenvolvimento e na melhoria das capacidades psicológicas. Para recolha adicional de informação foram utilizados os seguintes instrumentos: adaptação, à população portuguesa, do Ottawa Mental Skills Assessment Tool – 3, OMSAT-3, Escala de Avaliação de Competências Psicológicas (Durand-Bush, Salmela e Green-Demers 2001); CBAS (Grelhas de observação de comportamentos) Adaptado de Smoll & Smith, 1984, por Cruz & Gomes, 1996; Para a realização das entrevistas foi adaptado o guião de Gomes & Cruz (2007), para crianças e jovens em escolas de formação. A avaliação global do estágio é positiva, salientando a boa capacidade de integração, a disponibilidade para trabalhar individualmente com cada membro da equipa, desde técnicos a atletas, e a criatividade para desenvolver planos de intervenção de caracter individual.
