Abstract
Este informe es un primer resultado del Relevamiento de los servicios de comunicación audiovisual comunitarios, populares, alternativos, cooperativos y de pueblos originarios en Argentina, elaborado por la Red Interuniversitaria de Comunicación Comunitaria, Alternativa y Popular (RICCAP). Dicho trabajo tuvo como objetivo dar cuenta de la existencia y de las principales características -organizacionales, legales, tecnológicas y de producción local- de esas radios y televisoras, buscando construir una base empírica que sirva para el diseño de políticas que permitan fortalecer y visibilizar al sector. El relevamiento tuvo un carácter colectivo, colaborativo y federal. Trabajaron de manera conjunta y articulada investigadoras e investigadores de once universidades nacionales: Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda (UNDAV), Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Universidad Nacional de Chilecito (UNDeC), Universidad Nacional del Comahue (UNCOMA), Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC), Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos (UNER), Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ), Universidad Nacional de Río Negro (UNRN), Universidad Nacional de Salta (UNSA) y Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (UNT).
