Je tiens à remercier sincèrement mon directeur de recherche, le professeur Richard Chahine pour son soutien moral et financier inconditionnel pendant toute la durée de mes études doctorales .Sans sa patience, sa rigueur, sa compétence et ses conseils judicieux, cette étude doctorale n' aurait pas abouti.Mes remerciements vont également au professeur Pierre Bénard d ' avoir accepté de codiriger mes travaux pendant toutes ces années.Je n' oublie pas Dr Ahmed Hourri, agent de recherche à l'Institut de recherche sur l' hydrogène, qui était toujours là à mes cotes, comme un frère .Mes remerciements vont également à Marie-Eve Marchand, technicienne de laboratoire à l' institut de recherche sur l'hydrogène, pour sa disponibilité pendant toutes ces années.Je remercie également tous ceux qui de près ou de loin, ont contribué au succès de cette thèse.J'aimerais remercier ma famille pour son soutien et son amour sans faille durant tout le déroulement de cette thèse.
