Abstract
Ce document parle d'une réunion inaugurale qui s'est tenue à Monrovia afin d'identifier et articuler les questions clés de la migration africaine et les défis. Dans ses remarques à la réunion qui a servi de plate-forme pour les membres du Groupe pour réfléchir sur la question des migrations internationales et intra-régionales, la Secrétaire exécutive de la Commission économique pour l'Afrique, Vera Songwe, exhorte le HLPM à faciliter l'engagement de l'Afrique sur les processus migratoires au niveau mondial, régional et, dans certains cas, national.
