Sony profits soar on image sensors, games, Spider-Man film
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Sony Corp. reported Tuesday that its fiscal second quarter profit zoomed by 26-fold from the same period last year, boosted by the success of its image sensors, game products and the latest âSpider-Manâ movie. The success of the latest 'Spider-man' movie helped Sony record a second quarter profit of 1.2 billion dollars....that's up from about 42 million dollars from the same period last year.Sony has suffered in recent years as it fell behind rivals like Samsung and Apple. But the 26-fold increase in profits is a result of Sony re-shaping its operations to catch up in new technologies like 4K TVs and game software for the Playstation franchise.Sony said 2 things in particular have contributed to the strong year so far......first, the strong worldwide box office performance of Spider Man: Homecoming......and the popularity of a game application for mobile devices called âFate/Grand Order.âBecause of that, Sony has raised its full-year profit forecast to 3.4 billion dollars, up by nearly 50 percent from its earlier forecast of 2.3 billion dollars in profit.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
