Abstract
As part of an open data initiative, the City of Vancouver government opened up a large swath of its public data on a website called data.vancouver.ca. This continually growing site is meant to house all relevant city data available in a public and transparent manner. This is an April 2011 snapshot of the city data in one large (31 gigabyte) package, including all datasets, web pages, and collected materials related to data.vancouver.ca. Data includes XML, KML, CSV and other formats. Information included: Address labels for map display Alleyways Apartment recycling schedule zones Bikeways Block numbers Block outlines Building Footprints 1999 Business improvement areas (BIA) Business licence Cadastral boundaries Canada Line City boundary City-Owned properties City project package City project sites City project street City streets package Community centres Contour package Contour 1 metre Contour 2 metre Contour 10 metre Council expenses Digital elevation model District lot numbers District lot outlines Dog off leash parks Downtown districts sub area Drinking fountains Easements Election boundaries Election results Elementary early French immersion boundaries Elementary late French immersion boundaries Elementary school boundaries Elevation points Facet grid boundaries Fire halls Food Vendors Garbage collection schedule zones Graffiti Greenways GVRD (Metro Vancouver) trunk sewer mains Heritage property Homeless shelter locations ICIS AddressBC files ICIS GIS files Intersections Legal lot numbers Libraries Local area boundary data Metro Vancouver trunk sewer lines Motorcycle parking Municipal election results Neighbourhoods Non-City streets Non-Market housing Olympic Sites & Transportation package Olympic City sites Olympic transportation plan--bike routes Olympic transportation plan--no stopping areas Olympic transportation plan--olympic lanes Olympic transportation plan--parking restrictions Olympic transportation plan--pedestrian corridors Olympic transportation plan--truck routes Olympic venue closure areas Olympic venue closure roads Olympic venues One way streets Orthophoto imagery 2006 Orthophoto imagery 2008 Orthophoto imagery 2009 Parcel polygons Parks (point features) Parks (polygon features) Parking meter Property boundaries Property information package Property polygons Property tax report Public art package Public art individual Public art series Public places package Public streets Rapid transit lines Rapid transit stations Rapid transit lines & stations package Road Ahead package Road Ahead road closures Road Ahead under construction Road Ahead upcoming projects Sanitary mains Sanitary manholes School catchment area boundaries Schools Secondary French immersion boundaries Secondary school boundaries Sewer catch basins Sewer mains (combined) Sewer manholes (combined) Sewer network package Shoreline 2002 SkyTrain Storm mains Storm manholes Street closures Street lighting abandoned conduits Street lighting conduits (ducts) Street lighting junction boxes Street lighting network package Street lighting pole (node) Street lighting service panel Streets package Tie lines Traffic counts--directional Traffic counts--intersection movements Traffic signals Truck route Voting division boundaries 2008 Water network package Water abandoned mains Water control valves Water DFPS mains Water distribution mains Water hydrants Water pressure zones Water transmission mains Web Cam (URL links) Web Cam (.jpg images) Zoning districts and labels

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
