Abstract
This funding application to the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada was prepared by the BC-Alberta Social Economy Research Alliance (BALTA) to successfully seek funding to support a two year development process for a new research program and partnership focusing on how to scale innovation out and up to support community transitions to greater resilience and sustainability.
