Abstract
Mugimendu sindikalaren egoera aztertzea izan da ikerketa helburua. ELA sindikatuaren ibilbidearen ikasketa hartu da erreferentzia gisa eta beste eredu batzuekin alderatu da; bai Nazio-Estatuek jorratutakoa -Mendebaldeko Europa- eta baita estaturik gabeko nazioek garatutakoak ere -Quebec-. Lan honetan ELAk bizitako trantsizio bikoitzaren berri eman nahi izan da. Batetik, gizarte ereduari dagokionez, izaera instituzionala duen sindikalgintzatik, oldarkortasuna eta aldarrikapen ekintzak barneratu dituen sindikalgintzara egindako jauzia. Bestetik, nazio auziarekin lotuta, estatutismotik subiranotasunera egindakoa. Horretarako, ezinbestekoa da trantsizioa abiatu zenetik erakunde honek hartutako bidea behatzea, eta bide horretan gaur egunera arte izan diren eraginak jazotzea.Ikerketa honetatik ondorioztatzen den eredua bat dator Sindikalgintza Oldarkorrarekin. Termino honen bitartez Quebeceko sindikalgintzari egin nahi zaio erreferentzia, aldarrikapen ekintzek haien parte-hartze kolektiboan duten zentraltasuna azpimarratzeko. ELAren kasuan, gainera, borroka sindikalaren presentzia sistematikoa nabarmendu beharra dago. Izan ere, langileriaren eskubide eta eskaerak defendatzeko tresna gisa, borroka sindikalak lehenagoko jokamolde instituzionala alboratu eta ordezkatu baitu.; The research objective has been to address the situation of the trade-union movement, using ELA's trajectory study as a reference. This path has been contrasted with other practices related both to State-Nations -Western Europe- and Nations without state -Quebec-. The dissertation aims to reveal a double transition experienced by ELA; the first related to the shift from an institutional to a counter-power unionism, the second, linked to nation-related issues and the convergence from a statutory model to a sovereignity. For this purpose, it is compulsory to analyze ELA's trajectory taking into account the impacts of this transition from that time to the present. The resulting model must be identified as Combative trade-unionism. This term refers to Quebecan unionism due to the importance of protest action in their collective intervention. In the specific case we are studying, the systematic presence of the union struggle should be emphasized. Such fight has displaced and replaced the previous institutional practice as a tool to defend workers' rights and claims.; El objetivo investigador ha sido abordar la situación del movimiento sindical.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
