Abstract
Perkembangan perekonomian yang semakin cepat membawa perkembangan pada sisi-sisi lainnya dalam tatanan kehidupan ini. Salah satu perkembangan perekonomian yang begitu pesat sekali ialah dalam hal produksi kendaraan bermotor terutama sepeda motor. Perkembangan yang begitu cepat tersebut tidaklah pula diikuti dengan cepat oleh perkembangan daya beli masyarakat untuk memiliki sepeda motor. Menghadapi perihal yang demikian maka pihak penjual berusaha tetap memikirkan jalan keluarnya agar daya beli masyarakat tetap tinggi pada sepeda motor ini salah satu usaha penjual tersebut adalah dengan melakukan sewa beli sepeda motor. \nPemilikan kendaraan bermotor terutama sepeda motor dengan cara sewa-beli apabila ditinjau dari bulrum perjanjian boleh-boleh saja. Hal tersebut dikenakan sifat \ndari hukum perjanjian itu sendiri yang menganut suatu azas terbuka, dimana kepada \npara pihak dapat membuat perjanjian yang mengatur hubungan mereka.
